Greenwood, MS: Terry H. Logan, 77, passed away Monday, January 10, 2022 at Cleveland Nursing and Rehab. Graveside services are 2 P.M. Friday, January 14 at Odd Fellows East Cemetery with Dr. Scott Wright officiating. Visitation is from noon till 2 at Greenwood Delta Funeral Home.
Terry was born in Inverness to R.B. and Hattie Beth Logan and was raised in Isola. He graduated from Isola High School and received his BS Degree from Delta State University. He taught School for a short time at J. Z. George and later went to work in Clarksdale from 1975 to 1983. In 1983 he moved to Greenwood and opened Logan Metal works which he operated until his retirement in 2018. Terry had also served in the US Army National Guard. He is preceded in death by 4 sisters, Connie McClelland, Janie Elizabeth Moor, Bennie Sue Logan, Erma Joyce Jarrett, and one brother Jack Richard Logan.
Mr. Logan is survived by his wife of 52 years, Beverly Warford Logan, a son, Terry H. “Beau” Logan, Jr. (Mauri) of Greenwood, MS; a daughter Elizabeth Warford Logan-Gray (Mark) of Beaufort, SC; a brother, Tom Logan of Houston, TX; and two grandchildren, Terry H. “Luke” Logan, III of Greenwood and Logan Mark Gray of Beaufort, SC.
Pallbearers will be Beau Logan, Terry H. ”Luke” Logan, III, Mark Gray, Jason Pope, Clint Horne and Steve Logan.
Memorials may be made to Blaire E. Batson Children’s hospital in Jackson or the charity of Donor’s Choice.
