He was a member of the Kirkwood Hunting Club in Madison County, Hog Creek in Flowood, and Little Dixie in Vaiden.
For 33 years he was an active member of the American Legion Post 165 in Cleveland before transferring his membership to Post 153 in Madison for 7 years.
He and his wife attended Riverside Baptist Church together.
Ronnie was preceded in death by his parents, Wade Harvey Lovorn, Sr. and Mary Ann Shields Lovorn, two brothers, Wade Harvey Lovorn, Jr. and Jack Lovorn and a sister, Mary Nell Patrick.
He is survived by his forever loving wife, best friend of 33 years, Pat Goss Lovorn.; four sisters, Martha Swaney (Chuck) of Hazlehurst, Jessie Manton of Brandon, Josephine Edwards (Jimmy) of Carthage and twin sister, Bonnie Lovorn of Madison.
A fellowship Memorial will be 2 P.M. Saturday, January 24th at Rocky Point Baptist Church in the Rocky Point community of Leake County.
