Patsy Ruth (Cobb) Householder

Cruger, MS: Mrs. Patsy Ruth Cobb Householder, 93, passed away Sunday, November 14, 2021 at the home of her daughter in Sikeston, MO.  Funeral Services are 2 P.M. Sunday, November 21 at Cruger Baptist Church with interment to follow at Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery.  Rev. Al Different is officiating.  Visitation is from 1-2 at the church.

Patsy was born to George William and Pearl Fleming Cobb in New Madrid, MO, grew up in that area and moved to Cruger in 1982. Mrs. Householder worked as an accountant for H & H Company farms and was a homemaker.  She faithfully served at Cruger Baptist Church as a Sunday School Teacher and worked in the nursery.  She enjoyed working with arts and crafts, painting, was a great cook, and a loving mother and grandmother.

Patsy is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Robert Louis Householder, two sons, Edward Lee Householder, Robert Louis Householder, Jr.    grandson, Mark Householder, and a great granddaughter Alexis Haywood.  She is survived by a daughter, Jane Hooe of Sikeston, MO; three sons, George Vance Householder (Joy) of Smithville, MS, Daniel C. Householder (Angela) of Greenwood, MS, Greg Householder, (Jeanie) of Cruger, MS; Daughters-in-Law, Joyce Ann Householder of Amory, MS and Sue Householder of Sikeston, MS ; 12 grandchildren, 23 Great-grandchildren and 17 great-great grandchildren.

Pallbearers are Dalton Householder, Keith Householder, Vance Householder, Matthew Householder, Dylan Householder, Tyler Householder, Grady Westbrook and Joe Westbrook.
