Nancy Elizabeth (Carr) Roberson

Nancy Carr Roberson, 60 of Greenwood, passed away Tuesday, November 12, 2019 at North MS Medical Center in Tupelo after an extended battle with cancer.  Services are 1 P.M. Thursday, November 14 at the Greenwood Delta Funeral Home Chapel.  Rev. Dustin Long will officiate.  Visitation is from 11-1 Thursday prior to the service.

Nancy was born to William “Bill” and Mary Sue Carr in Greenwood and was a lifelong resident.  She was a 1977 graduate of Greenwood High School and attended MS Delta Community College.  Nancy was devoted to her family and especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. Shen especially enjoyed soccer and traveling to Mia’s games.   She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors include two daughters; Chase McIntyre of Greenwood, Hailey Schrader (Scott) of Nettleton, a sister; Kathy Myers (Terry)  of Greenwood, a brother; Bill Carr (Deana) of Shannon, a granddaughter; Mia Cole of Greenwood and three  grandsons; Swayze Schrader, Chandler Schrader and Briggs Schrader all of Nettleton.
