Jean Maria Kendall

Jean Maria Caillouet Kendall, 66, passed away Friday, July 30, 2021 at her home in Vaiden, MS.  Funeral services are 11 A.M., Tuesday, August 3 at Greenwood Delta Funeral Home with Bobby Palmertree officiating.  Interment will be in Hillview-Stone Cemetery.  Visitation is from 9-11 A. M. Tuesday prior to the service.

Maria was a native of Greenville, grew up in Morgan City and Belzoni and graduated from Humphreys County High School.  She received her LPN degree from MS Delta Community College and worked for Dr. William Jones for 37 years and later part time at Riverview Nursing and Rehab.  She was a member of the Cowboy Church in Vaiden.

Maria was preceded in death by her husband, Richie Kendall, a son Timothy Scott Kendall and a daughter, Stephaney Kendall. 

She is survived by a son Kevin Lewis Kendall (Hannah) of Greenwood; granddaughters, Alanie Kendall and Teslie Graham both of Greenwood; a grandson, Seth Kendall of Greenwood; her companion, Warren Corley of Vaiden; a brother, Lewis Caillouet (Yvone) of Centerville, TN; a sister, Dawn C. Orton (Mike) of Centerville, TN; niece, Kayla Orton of Centerville, TN; nephews, Christopher Orton (Jennifer), Brantly Orton and Brodie Orton, all of Springhill, TN; and a special friend, Beverly Williamson of Coila, MS.

Pallbearers will be David Williamson, Jamie Williamson, Donnie Ussery, Jason Corley, Joe Serio, and Kevin Kendall.
