Hannah Michelle Goss, 53 passed away Tuesday, November 15, 2022, at the University of Alabama, Birmingham Medical Center. Funeral services are 11 A.M. Friday, November 18 at the Greenwood Church of God with interment in Evergreen Cemetery. Pastor Michael Mooneyham will officiate. The visitation is from 5-7 P.M. Thursday at Greenwood Delta Funeral Home and 10-11 A.M. Friday at the church prior to the service
Hannah was born in West Point, MS and raised there and Pascagoula prior to moving to Greenwood in 1983. She was a Graduate of Greenwood High School and received her associates degree in secretarial science from MS Delta Community College. She had worked as an account’s payable specialist at Greenwood Leflore Hospital prior to her illness. Hannah enjoyed working in her yard, gardening, music and loved watching MS State Baseball.
Hannah was preceded in death by her father, Ross Goode, Sr. and a sister, Lena Goode. Survivors include her husband Todd Goss, her mother, Marjorie Barnes Goode of Carrollton; two daughters, Elaina Jennings (Adam) of Carrollton, Lauren Higginbotham (Daniel) of Greenwood; a grandson, Gabe Jennings of Carrollton; a sister Glynnis Taylor (Eddie) of Carrollton; and two brothers, Mickey Goode (Alane) of Greenwood and Robbie Goode (Sherilyn) of New Albany.
Pallbearers will be Adam Jennings, Daniel Higginbotham, Trey Taylor, Gray Goode, Mickey Goode and Robbie Goode. Honorary Pallbearers are Eddie Taylor, Spence Goss and Cam Goss.
