Gurmit Mann

Mrs. Gurmit Kaur Mann, 97, passed away August 1, 2026, at her home in Greenwood.  A memorial gathering will be 1 P.M. Wednesday, August 5 at Greenwood Delta Funeral Home.  Visitation is from 11 A.M. to 1 P.M. prior to the service.

Mrs. Mann was born to Ram Singh and Harginder Kaur in Punjab, India.  She moved to Greenwood in 1974 and had been a longtime resident.  She was very  faithful to her religion, loved sewing, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Dharam Singh Mann, her parents, and a son Irvinder Singh.  She is survived by five sons; Baldev Mann (Balbir) of San Antonio, TX, Lakbir Mann (Gina) of Monticello, MS, Bob Singh (Kathy) of Greenwood, Jatinder Singh (Asha) of Tampa, FL, Gurbax Singh Mann (Janice) of Greenwood, MS, 15 grandchildren and a host of Great-Grandchildren.
