Charles Neal “Chuck Morgan, Jr., 64, passed away unexpectedly, Sunday, April14, 2024, in Scobey, MS while visiting family.  Funeral services are 3 P.M. Wednesday, April, 17, at Greenwood Delta Funeral Home with Rev. Mitchell Long officiating.  Visitation is from 1-3 prior to the service

Chuck was born to Charles Neal and Bonnie Holland Morgan in Charleston.  He was raised in Greenwood and attended Greenwood High School. He loved to fish, hunt and spend time with his family, especially his grandson.  Chuck enjoyed making up “nick names” for friends and family that he loved.  Many of them continue use those names instead of their given names.

He was preceded in death by his father and a grandson, Shepherd Rogers.  Chuck is survived by two daughters, Haley Rogers (Tanner) of Hattiesburg, Emily Morgan of Grenada; mother, Bonnie Holland Morgan of Greenwood; a sister, Debbie Overley (Sammy) of Carrollton and a grandson, Crue Rogers of Hattiesburg.
