Bobbie Jean (Whitworth) Sikes

Mrs. Bobbie W. Sikes, 82, passed away Monday, February 14, 2022 at Riverview Nursing & Rehabilitation in Greenwood.  Graveside services are 1 P.M. Wednesday, February 16 at Odd Fellows East Cemetery with Rev. Alvin Woods officiating.

Mrs. Sikes was born in Clarksdale to Leo and Bertha Whitworth, in Clarksdale and was raised in the Clarksdale and Winona areas.  She had been a longtime resident of Greenwood where she worked for Wal-Mart for over 25 years.  She enjoyed spending her time watching TV. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, James Edward Sikes, her son John Sikes, and a sister Sandra Blankenship

Bobbie is survived by her daughter, Brandi Floyd (Charles) of Senatobia; four grandchildren, Evan Floyd, Ryan Floyd and Alayna Floyd all of Senatobia and Jacob Floyd of Jackson; and four sisters, Bettie Noah of Winona, Joyce Clardy (Harold) of Leflore, Linda Martin (Hack) of Greenwood and Deborah Waldrop of Memphis TN.
