Betty Stribling Obituary

Betty Ann Stribling, 83 passed away May 1, 2020 at Baptist Hospital in Jackson, MS. A private family graveside service will be held at Odd Fellows cemetery with Father Peter Gray officiating.

Betty Ann was born in Jackson, MS to E. B. and Irene Jones Stribling. She had been a longtime resident of Greenwood where she was a member and former secretary of The Episcopal Church of The Nativity. She loved traveling and art but especially loved spending time with her family. Betty was preceded in death by her parents, a brother, William Stribling and two sisters; Gayle Flautt and Pi Stribling Dale.

She is survived by a daughter Page Whites (Dr. Perry) of Greenwood, two granddaughters; Stribling Hargett (Ben) of Greenwood, Reynolds Brantley (Chris) of Jackson and three great grandchildren; Henry Hargett, Jane Reynold Hargett both of Greenwood and George Brantley of Jackson.

Memorials may be made to the Episcopal Church of The Nativity, 400 Howard St., Greenwood, MS 38930.
