Miss Juanita Elizabeth Kellum, 95, passed away Tuesday, September 11, 2018 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland. Graveside services are 10:30 A.M. Tuesday, September 18, 2018 at Odd Fellows Cemetery with Rev. Billy Ray Stonestreet officiating. Greenwood Delta Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Miss Kellum was born in the Helm community in Washington County, MS to W. L. and Stella Riddell Kellum. She graduated from Shaw High School and Belhavan College. Miss Kellum resided for many years in the Jackson area where she sold real estate and worked for Delta Airlines. She was an active member of First Baptist Church for 74 years. Juanita enjoyed her independence and was known for her great wit and sense of humor. Miss Kellum is preceded in death by her parents and four brothers, Stacy Kellum, James Kellum, Boyd Kellum and Bill Kellum.
She is survived by her nieces and nephews; Stacy Kellum (Janet) of Jackson, MS, Sarah Lockhart of Charlotte, NC, Betty Jane Cadle of Oxford, MS, Boyd Kellum (Gwenda) of Jackson, MS, Dr. Ruth Fredericks of Jackson, MS, Margaret Roberson (Tommy) of Jackson, MS, and Bill Kellum (Kim) of Greenwood, MS.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Kell Kellum, Bill Kellum, Joe Kellum, David Kellum and Todd Fincher.
